Java Installation for the Renderer and Gait programs:

Make sure you do not have any previous Java programs installed on your computer. The new Java programs from Sun Microsystem interfere with the old ones.

You remove the old ones by running the “Remove/Add programs from the Control Pannel:

Next step is to remove the Renderer and the Gait programs from your system if you did installed them before. For a new user, you do not have them yet.

Next step is to download and install the Java programs from Sun System at:

By clicking on JRE1.4.2 (Or Later) link, you will get into:

Make sure you get the following for Windows:

Then click on the J3D 1.3.1 OpenGL at:

Make sure you download the one for windows as shown at:

Then you finished installing the Java modules for the Renderer and Gait.

Now you need to download the Renderer and the Gait programs.
